Do people pull you down

Hi, Can anyone give me some advice

i have always been a very positive person and everything i have set out to acheive, i have acheived them - within reason

I have set acheivable goals.

However my partner has a mental illness and dissapeared with my daughter. and all my goals and dreams were put on the back burner

I have survived a lengthy court battle whith not seeing my daughter for over a year with false alligations, sexual discrimination etc etc

I now has won residency and it came out that ex has been diagnoised with psychoisis did try to kill herself and hurt / suffocate my daughter

i have lost everything, including my house, possessions, my police career (as a special - false accusations of using police powers to find my daughter) i have worked for over the last 15 years.

however her family are trying to get my daughter back off of me and i am now being told that i am not a fit father becasue i have lost everything, that a good parent should not work - which i do and finally becasue i am only the dad. Her family are benefit oritated mine is business orinated and there is always going to be a link through my daughter. They are threatening to use more false alligations.

I just am trying to be positive but they are cripling me ever turn i make
and i feel so deflated
